for this transaction lies in the BRAC orders or other declaration of excess property. The
effective date is the date of actual transfer of ownership.
BRAC disposals may take place in parcels. The sum of all the disposed parcels
and the remaining real property must add up for each category code to the real property
inventory of the entire installation before any disposals. Therefore, each disposal must
include the land, buildings, utilities and structures included within the disposed parcels.
Pay particular attention to consolidated records for utilities and structures, as only a portion
of the roads, sidewalks, and utility distribution lines would typically transfer with each
parcel.
