7.11. Unit Morale Sign Type F3.
7.11.1. Usage and Message. The Unit Morale Sign is used to express unit pride and spirit. This
sign may show the unit emblem, mottoes, awards, and other elements related to unit morale.
7.11.2. Design and Color. As with other motivation signs, the design of the signs may vary. The
only restriction on the use of color is that organizational emblems should appear on a standard
color background.
7.11.3. Emblem. An organizational emblem placed on a Type B4 sign panel may identify the
entrance to a building, as shown in Figure 4.22. If the organizational emblem is used on a unit
identification sign (Figure 4.17) or a building entry sign (Figure 4.22), it should not be repeated
on a morale sign placed in the same area.
