tions, and documentation required in the design of a filter press.

checklist of design documents for filter press systems, including the design analysis,
plans, guide specifications, and operation and maintenance manuals.

ACTION. Each DOD design element will be responsible for incorporating this
UFC guidance into HTRW or military construction designs for plate and frame filter
press installations.

IMPLEMENTATION. This information will be used by personnel responsible
for the design and review of projects utilizing the plate and frame filter press technology.
This information will be incorporated into projects that have not passed the 90% stage
of design.
