Section 7: DISTRIBUTION AND STORAGE
Section Overview. The distribution system is a network of pipes, storage
reservoirs, valves and hydrants, water meters, and backflow preventers. This section
covers pipes and storage facilities. The remaining distribution system components are
covered in Sections 8, 9, and 10.
